i-Station Z3D Android 3D tablet
South Korean i-Station company has just announced its new tablet. The main feature of i-Station Z3D is that it supports 3D content. To watch it future owners of this device have to use special polarized glasses. This tablet runs on Google Android 2.1 operating system and has 7 inch touch screen with 800x480px resolution, 32/64 GB internal storage, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, FM tuner, accelerometer, 5000 mAh capacitive. It is also notable that this Android tablet supports HD video (1080p) playback. i-Station Z3D will become available in November and will cost about $500.
Samsung YP-S1 TicToc tiny MP3 player
Samsung has just launched its new device. The main feature of Samsung YP-S1 TicToc audio player is its tiny size. It measures only 17.5х17.5х35.9mm, the weight is 12g. This device supports MP3, WMA, OGG, FLAC extensions and is equipped with 2 GB internal storage and 3.5 mm headphones jack. The battery of this player provides about 12 hour of music playback. There is an accelerometer that can be used to control the player. Pressing a button on the player and shaking it vertically will increase or decrease the volume or shake it horizontally to change the song. The price of Samsung YP-S1 TicToc MP3 player is $60.
Toshiba SmartPad
Italian NotebookItalia source has just published some pics of coming Toshiba’s tablet computer. It is expected that it will be announced at IFA 2010 exhibition that will take place in Germany in September. There is no official information about technical specifications but it is known that Toshiba SmartPad is powered by Google’s Android operating system and is based on Nvidia Tegra 2 hardware platform. It also has 10 inch touch screen, 3.5mm headphones jack, HDMI output, 1.3 Mp webcam, SD cardreader, USB and mini-USB ports.
Philips GoGear Connect Android media player
According to some sources Philips will soon release its new line of media players – GoGear. The first device from this line is Philips GoGear Connect. Its main feature is that it runs on Google Android 2.1 operating system. This device is equipped with 3.2 inch touch screen with 480x320px resolution, 16 GB internal storage, GPS module, 3 Mp camera, MicroSD external memory card slot. The battery provides about 25 hour of music playback or 5 hour of video playback. The dimensions of this media player are 59x113x13mm, the weight is 128g.
