Viliv N5 MID is equipped with 1.3 GHz Intel Atom Z520 processor, 1 GB RAM, 32 GB SSD, 4.8 inch touch screen, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, Bluetooth, 3G modules. Besides, this mobile device supports HD video (1080p) playback. Viliv N5 will become available in next few months and will cost about $300.
